Ingredients
- ¾ lb of fettuccini
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of kefir
- ¾ cup of parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Pasta
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and oil lightly.
Alfredo Sauce
Mix the egg, kefir and parmesan in a bowl. Once mixed, heat a sauce pan and incorporate the mix. When the mix reaches the desired temperature, add it to the pasta and season with salt and pepper.
