• 2 chopped shallots
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • ⅓ cup of plain yogurt
  • ⅓ cup of sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon of basil
  • ¼ teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to your taste

Mix all ingredients together (it is possible to use a culinary robot).

Let it cool down for an hour or two.

This dip can be easily served with carrots, celeries, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, radish, etc.
