Ingredients
- 2 L of milk
- ¾ cups of milk powder
- 1 envelope of gelatine
- ⅔ cup of sugar
- ½ to ⅓ of strong coffee
Mix all the ingredients and heat at 82 °C (180 °F).
Let it cool down to 40-45 °C (105-115 °F) .
Add the content of the Yogotherm Yogurt culture and mix well.
Add the mix to the yogurt maker. Let it sit for 5 to 7 hours at room temperature. When ready, refrigerate.
