Ingredients
- 250 g of yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. of coconut oil
- 2-3 tbsp. of sugar
- 1 ⅓ cups of flour
- 2 tbsp. of baking powder
- 1 drop of vanilla
Mix the yogurt, eggs and coconut oil. Add sugar, flour, vanilla, baking powder and salt.
Make the pancakes into the desired size.
Serve!
