(Serves 2)

  • ½ cup of quick cooking oats
  • ¾ cup of yogurt Yogotherm
  • ½ cup of homemade or store bought pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup of almond milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • Optional toppings: Cinnamon, nutmeg, whipped cream, shredded coconut

Place all the ingredients in the blender.

Pulse 2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.

Serve in two mason jars and add toppings.
