(Serves 2)
- ½ cup of quick cooking oats
- ¾ cup of yogurt Yogotherm
- ½ cup of homemade or store bought pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup of almond milk
- 2 bananas
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 6-8 ice cubes
- Optional toppings: Cinnamon, nutmeg, whipped cream, shredded coconut
Place all the ingredients in the blender.
Pulse 2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.
Serve in two mason jars and add toppings.
