In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and oil lightly

Alfredo Sauce

Mix the egg, kefir and parmesan in a bowl. Once mixed heat a sauce pan and incorporate the mix. Once heated add it to your pasta and season with salt and pepper.
