• 2 chopped shallots
  • 2 table spoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1/3 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of sour cream
  • Salt and Pepper to your taste
  • ¼ tea spoon of basil
  • ¼ tea spoon of oregano
  • 1 tea spoon of lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together.
(It is possible to use a culinary robot).

Let it cool down for an hour or town.

This dip can be easily served with carrots, celeries, coli flower, broccoli, mushrooms, radish, etc…
