Ingredients

  • 250 g of yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. of coconut oil
  • 2-3 tbsp. of sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cups of flour
  • 2 tbsp. of baking powder
  • 1 drop of vanilla

Mix the yogurt, eggs and coconut oil. Add sugar, flour, vanilla, baking powder and salt.

Make the pancakes into the desired size.

Serve!
