Ingredients

  • 2 L of milk
  • ¾ cup of milk powder
  • 1 envelope of gelatine
  • ⅔ cup of sugar
  • 20 drops of vanilla extract

Mix all of the ingredients and heat at 82 °C (180 °F).

Let it cool down to 40-45 °C (105-115 °F) .

Add the content of the Yogotherm Yogurt culture and mix well.

Add the mix to the yogurt maker. Let it sit for 5 to 7 hours at room temperature. When ready, refrigerate.
