(Serves 2)

  • ½ cup quick cooking oats
  • ¾ cup yogurt Yogotherm
  • ½ cup homemade or store bought pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 6-8 icecubes
  • Optional toppings: Cinnamon, nutmeg, whipped cream, shredded coconut

Place all ingredients in blender.

Pulse 2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.

Serve in two mason jars and add toppings.
