Ingredients

  • 2 L of milk
  • ¾ cups of milk powder
  • 1 envelope of gelatine
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of cacao

Mix all of the ingredients and heat at 82°C ( 180°F ).

Let it cool down to 40-45°C ( 105-115°F ) .

Add the contents of the Yogotherm Yogurt culture and mix well.

Add the mix to the yogurt-maker. Let it sit for 5 to 7 hours at room temperature. When ready refrigerate.
